Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU/PCU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating both clinical expertise and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU/PCU settings.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in ICU/PCU nursing.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
