MRI Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Work schedule includes 3 night shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images. The technologist must be experienced with GE 1.5T/3T equipment and comfortable utilizing GE modalities. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI machines to produce high-quality images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Review and evaluate images for quality and accuracy.
• Coperate with medical staff to enhance imaging protocols.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT MRI certification or ARMRIT certification is required.
• Experience with GE 1.5T/3T MRI technology.
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols.
