Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Doubles

Schedule

This position requires dedication to a 24-hour weekend double shift on both Saturday and Sunday, rotating to different homes within the same campus. The shift runs from 18:30 to 07:00.

Job Description

As a Nursing professional in this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients while rotating among various homes on campus. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking a challenging yet rewarding weekend work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments, care plans, and medication administration.
• Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must hold either an LPN or RN licensure. Additionally, successful applicants must complete 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation from Monday to Friday before commencing weekend shifts.
