Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Candidates with prior SNF experience and knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) will be preferred. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California state licensure must be active.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is highly desirable.
