Outpatient Physical Therapist - New Graduate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time position. This role is perfect for new graduates looking to gain outpatient experience while providing high-quality care to our patients. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring a successful return to community activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and physician direction.
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and timely, following all compliance guidelines.
• Participate in the training of students and new staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain a commitment to professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, supporting a safe environment for patients and team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Outpatient clinical experience is required (new graduates are welcome).
• Current CPR certification.
• Active and valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.

Schedule

This is a 40 hours per week position with a flexible schedule.
