Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule (07:00 - 19:00). Every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients across various units, including floating between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures for patients of all ages.
• Perform assessments, monitor patients, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide patient education regarding respiratory issues and therapies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license in hand.
• Certificates in ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in adult critical care.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is required.
