Job Description

The Nursing Administration RN provides collaborative leadership for the planning, directing, integrating, and coordinating of health care services to ensure and maintain high-quality standards. This role responds to community and patient needs during shifts, serving as an administrative representative during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support healthcare service operations to meet quality standards.
• Respond to the needs of the community and patients on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Act as an administrative representative during non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to maintain operational excellence.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required (BSN preferred).
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a hospital required.
• Experience in Critical Care/Trauma preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certification required; NRP and TNCC/ATCN preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
