Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Schedule

11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, No weekends or holidays, including Memorial Day.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing patient assessments, and implementing care plans. The role includes collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to professional standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments effectively.
• Conduct patient assessments and plan individualized care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Document and communicate patient progress and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Completion of required health screenings and immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccine.
• Compliance with Trinity Code of Conduct and other professional agreements.
