Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting. The role includes working with a diverse patient population and meeting productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day. The therapist may also be expected to float to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment provided accurately.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to coordinate care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
