Behavioral Health Professional - Night Shift

Nights - 12HR: 7 PM - 7:30 AM, with weekends and holidays as assigned.

Job Description

Join a beautiful brand new facility that opened in August 2025, featuring a total of 96 beds. Our facility has just opened its second unit, expanding to 31 beds, with plans to further increase to 120 beds and include adolescents by September 2026. Candidates should be adaptable as they will be working within a new facility on the Geisinger Platform with Acadia.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to psychiatric patients in an acute inpatient setting.
• Implement treatment plans and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Pennsylvania license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Behavioral Health or Psychiatry.
• Psych Certification preferred (can be obtained on site).
