Registered Nurse - Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) Unit

Schedule

DAYS - 12HR: 3A-3P block schedule every Fri-Sun. 36 hours per week. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the West 4 Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) & Alternate Level of Care Unit (ALC). You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to elderly patients in a 36-bed unit. This position requires flexibility according to the needs of the facility's schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC for patient charting and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year recent experience in acute med/surg/tele.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
• Active NY RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.
