Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory therapy services to patients across various units, including NICU, PICU, and adult acute care settings. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage equipment.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients receiving therapy.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Participate in patient education and support initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a tertiary or teaching hospital, with exposure to level 1 trauma cases.
• Current RRT certification required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred and NRP for NICU.
• Experience in NICU, PICU, and adult acute care settings is essential.
