Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with experience in both adult and pediatric care. The ideal candidate will join a dedicated team in a tertiary level teaching hospital, providing respiratory therapy services across a variety of patient cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care to diverse patient populations, including NICU/PICU as well as adult acute and critical care.
• Use various respiratory equipment including Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, and others.
• Maintain patient safety and deliver care in a high-stakes environment, adhering to protocols and best practices.
• Communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• NRP certification required for NICU duties.
• Experience in a level 1 trauma tertiary facility is strongly preferred.
