Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a 16-bed unit with varying patient ratios depending on acuity and staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Utilize advanced skills such as insertion of central lines, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions.
• Document patient care accurately in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in unit staffing and support activities during shifts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Previous ICU experience is strongly preferred.
