Surgical Assistant

Job Description

The Surgical Assistant performs a wide variety of duties to assist the circulator and surgeon in the care of the surgical patient. This role maintains a safe and sterile environment for the patient at all times under the direction of qualified operating room personnel. An on-call component is included in this position, and compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care is required.

This position operates on a day shift with varied hours.
