Schedule

W-F 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. with 5-6 call shifts per month. Call options for this shift are 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. M-Th or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. Sunday night.

Job Description

The Operating Room Nurse will provide patient care in the operating room, particularly in orthopedics, neuro/spine, and trauma cases. The nurse will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes during surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgeries involving neuro/spine, orthopedic trauma, total joints, and robotic procedures.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other operating room staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the operating room.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Experience in orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, and trauma preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
