Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 AM - 03:00 PM).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients within the rehabilitation unit, ensuring a high standard of care and support for patients' recovery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and vital signs throughout rehabilitation.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform assessments and document care in the electronic health record (EPIC).
• Assist with therapeutic interventions and mobility exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Oregon State RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
