Job Description

An Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours. This role requires providing high-quality care and therapy interventions to patients in need of rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and implement treatment plans, as well as evaluate patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and evaluations.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidate must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred.
