Shift: 18:30 - 06:30, with every third weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation nursing and be able to provide quality care to patients with various diagnoses including orthopedic, stroke, neuro, cardiac, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and myopathy. Effective communication, teamwork, flexibility, and decision-making skills are essential for ensuring patient safety and successful collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and rehabilitation processes.
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and training sessions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
