Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have cardiac critical care experience and be proficient in advanced monitoring and critical care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform advanced procedures including intubations and CRRT.
• Utilize critical care equipment such as Impella and Hemosphere monitoring platform.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations, including rapid response and code blue scenarios.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required; CCRN certification is a plus.
• Experience in cardiac critical care and the ability to care for patients post-open heart surgery.
• Previous experience with CRRT and hemodynamic monitoring is preferred.
