Weekend Travel RN - Ortho, Neuro, and Trauma Experience Required

Position available for a travel RN in a Level II Trauma Center.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 07:00 to 19:00.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Weekend RN to join our team for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Orthopedic, Neurology, General Surgery, as well as proficiency with the XI and DV5 Robot and Trauma care. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for various patient populations, including trauma, orthopedic, and neurological cases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.
• Maintain patient safety by adhering to hospital protocols and standards of care.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and efficiently using the Epic charting system.
• Respond to emergency situations and ensure appropriate interventions are initiated.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Must have a valid compact RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CNOR preferred.
• Experience in Level II Trauma care is required.
• Travel nursing experience is required.
