Shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

On-call requirements during the week (typically 2 days) and weekends (every 2nd to 3rd weekend). One on-call holiday if applicable.

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with open heart experience to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support in the operating room, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our patients during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring sterility and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain instruments and equipment needed for surgery.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care.
• Facilitate communication among team members, patients, and families.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory protocols at all times.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Open heart surgery experience is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid and active state licensure as required.
• Completion of health and background checks prior to employment.
