Schedule

Shift: M-F (8 hours shifts), with start times as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 8:00 AM.

Job Description

The Pediatric Echo Tech will be responsible for performing echocardiograms on pediatric patients, including those with complex congenital heart defects. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in scanning pediatric echocardiograms and must possess extensive knowledge in diagnosing heart diseases and defects.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms on pediatric patients.
• Document and enter full reports into PACS systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Echo Tech.
• Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) with PE certification or CCI with RCCS certification, required at time of start.
• Experience with GE (Vivid 95) systems and PACS.
• BLS certification is required.
• Pending State License accepted.
