Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse adult to geriatric patient population and demonstrate familiarity with GG scoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Texas Occupational Therapy License
• BLS Certification
