8-hour Day Shift, approximately 36 to 40 hours per week; overtime must be pre-approved by the director.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This position involves administrative and clinical responsibilities, while being a critical link in the rehabilitation process for patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records as per compliance standards.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Handle a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Single-State Colorado Physical Therapist License or provide confirmation of application.
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
