Cath Lab Technologist - Eureka, CA

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (06:30 - 17:00).

Job Description

The Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures related to coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias. You will assist in the preparation and operation of equipment, ensure the safety and comfort of patients, and maintain a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting coronary and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and ensuring patient safety.
• Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of equipment.
• Performing post-procedure care and monitoring of patients.
• Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure high quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience in a cath lab or interventional radiology setting.
• Valid ARRT certification and Fluoroscopy Permit (pending considered).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Previous experience with Epic charting system preferred.
