Job Description

This position requires an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care and rehabilitation services. The therapist will play a crucial role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care and treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient conditions.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
