Job Description

Join our dynamic Rehabilitation Unit as a Rehabilitation Nurse. This role involves providing compassionate care to a diverse range of patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize EMR Meditech and assist in transitioning to Meditech Expanse.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid TX nursing license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
• BCLS certification required
