This position operates on a night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary nursing care to patients while following established policies and procedures. This role involves assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient health and promote patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of required health screenings and training, including but not limited to:
  • COVID-19 Vaccine
  • MMR
  • Hepatitis B
  • Influenza Vaccine
  • TB Test
  • Professional certifications as needed.
• Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Skills Checklist.
