Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our Women’s Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal well-being and respond to labor progress appropriately.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and provide care for neonates.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on maternity-related information and postpartum care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• STABLE certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
