Schedule

Shift options are from 4 PM to 12 AM or 8 AM to 4 PM. Weekends are required, and on-call responsibilities can be discussed.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures for diagnostic purposes, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of MRI technology, patient care, and relevant protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans as per the prescribed protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment, troubleshoot issues as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and medical staff to provide high-quality care.
• Document and report imaging results and patient information accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• New York State MRI Technologist license.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification required.
• CT advanced certification preferred but not required.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
