Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide top-quality care to patients in their homes. The role requires performing skilled nursing visits, assessing the patient’s needs, and administering various treatments and medications as per the healthcare plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education to patients and families on health management.
• Utilize various medical equipment and assistive devices.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience required.
• OASIS training preferred.
• Valid Florida RN license or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation or exemption required.
• Flu shot or declination confirmation required; mandatory mask wearing at work.
