8-hour day shift; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to outpatient orthopedic patients. This role requires a commitment to patient care and the ability to work efficiently within a scheduled environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Expected double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Adhere to guidelines regarding overtime, which must be approved by the director prior to being worked.

Required Experience

Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates and first-time travelers will not be accepted for this position.
