Job Description

The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver specializing in assisting with invasive cardiac procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role entails assuming responsibility for patients during designated time frames, utilizing nursing processes in collaboration with healthcare team members to deliver effective care.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused nursing care to cardiac patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Monitor patient status and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of cardiac procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Perform related duties as assigned to support the Cardiac Cath Lab operations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing capacity.
• Experience in invasive cardiac procedures preferred.
