Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cath Lab team for a 13-week contract. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, as standard hours may vary based on operational needs, with call requirements for emergency cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing various cardiac procedures including catheterizations, PCI, and electrophysiology studies.
• Provide direct patient care and ensure safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and CV techs to deliver quality care.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures, observing for any complications.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Preferred experience in Cath Lab and electrophysiology (EP).
• Candidates with RCIS or Cardiovascular Nurse certification will be prioritized.
