Days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled individuals, maximizing their functional status while hospitalized. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, and performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Participate in discharge planning for patients.
• Perform necessary administrative duties.
• Engage in professional growth and practice improvement activities.
• Work in a swing bed setting with a patient ratio of 1:1, handling 6-10 patients per day.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ years of Occupational Therapy experience required.
• National and Oklahoma state license required.
• Geriatric or swing bed experience preferred.
