Registered Nurse - Critical Care, Pre-op, and PACU

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

4x 10 hours, day shift (Monday through Friday), with variable start times (0600, 0700). No calls required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Critical Care, Pre-operative, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, be proficient with EPIC Op-time charting, and exhibit excellent patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in Critical Care, Pre-op, and PACU.
• Utilize EPIC for efficient charting and documentation during operations.
• Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California RN license is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Critical Care, Pre-op, and PACU settings is required.
• Proficiency with EPIC Op-time charting is essential.
