Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, with holiday rotation and every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care services. The ideal candidate will have critical care experience and be capable of floating within all areas of the hospital, including labor and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administering respiratory therapy and treatments to patients across various units.
• Assisting in high-risk deliveries and emergency situations.
• Conducting procedures such as intubation, extubation, and bronchoscopy.
• Interpreting Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) and adjusting treatment per protocols.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience.
• Current South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license.
• National certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT) required at time of start.
• Prior experience in a trauma level I or II facility preferred.
