X-Ray Technician - Travel Position

Schedule

AM Shift: 7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday, call included.

Job Description

The X-Ray Technician will perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines. This role includes maintaining all equipment for procedures, assessing safety and comfort of the patient, and monitoring the need for procedure revisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff.
• Assess patient physical and physiological comfort during procedures.
• Coordinate daily imaging procedures and complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
• Experience with GE equipment is preferred.
• Current NJ State RT License required.
• ARRT certification is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working in the operating room.
