Day and Night shifts available: 3x12-hour rotations (07:00 - 19:30; 19:00 - 07:30).

Job Description

This position involves providing nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients' health, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient education and support for care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Valid Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Ability to work every other holiday as required.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
