X-Ray Technician

Schedule

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday and every other weekend 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Call included.

Job Description

As a X-Ray Technician, you will perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes according to state, federal, and professional guidelines. You will maintain all imaging equipment, assess safety, and ensure physical and physiological comfort for patients. Additionally, you will monitor needs for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Maintain and ensure proper care of all imaging equipment.
• Assess patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various imaging equipment, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Current NJ State RT License.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.
