Schedule

Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, with 2-3 weekends a month.

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality care to patients. As a PT, you will help individuals reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. You will develop customized treatment plans to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. The role also involves working with patients to prevent mobility loss by creating fitness and wellness-oriented programs for healthier, more active lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients to develop treatment plans.
• Utilize various treatment techniques to promote mobility and function.
• Educate patients on managing and preventing conditions.
• Work in diverse settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home health environments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Acute inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
