This is a full-time position with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Acute Rehab Unit. This position involves evaluating and treating patients with a variety of diagnoses, including strokes, hip fractures, debility, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle accidents, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis. The ideal candidate will have a patient-centered approach and be a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare staff.
• Float to evaluate and treat med-surg and ICU patients as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Open to new graduates and experienced therapists.
