Outpatient Physical Therapist - Days Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic clinic. This position involves delivering high-quality therapy services during the day shift, primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Schedule

This position offers a schedule of at least 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work late days as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of current Outpatient Physical Therapy experience.
• Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
