Schedule

Day and Night 3x12-Hour shifts: 07:00 - 19:30 and 19:00 - 07:30. Shifts may be variable based on operational needs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical telemetry nursing, with a minimum of 18 months recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Participate in unit activities to enhance nursing practice.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Previous charge experience is preferred but not required.
