Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. Schedule may vary: Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with acute rehab experience or a willingness to float to the acute rehab unit with proper orientation. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and comfort floating between like units within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in an acute rehab environment
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals
• Utilize appropriate medical equipment and technology as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience
• Experience with Epic charting system is required
• Valid California RN license in hand
• Certifications as required in acute care settings
