Cardio-Vascular Radiologic Technologist for Cath Lab

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 4 days a week from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities of 9-10 shifts a month and one weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cardio-Vascular Radiologic Technologist for our Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invasive radiological technology and must possess scrub and monitoring experience in Cath Lab procedures including angiograms, PCI, and complex cases such as CTO, L main, PFO, device implants, PE thrombectomy, and interventional radiology cases.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing and monitoring during Cath Lab procedures.
• Maintaining sterile technique throughout the procedures.
• Providing STEMI coverage as needed.
• Operating and monitoring patients using MacLab; training provided for MacLab use.
• Knowledge of products and restocking rooms as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification required; RCIS certifications will not be accepted.
• Must have prior Cath Lab experience.
• Structural Heart experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Impella and IABP expected.
