Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract position. This role requires expertise in various physical therapy disciplines, particularly in neuro rehabilitation. The position is within a facility that provides a variety of rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment schedules provided for patients in IPR, OP, and acute settings.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Meet productivity standards while maintaining quality care.
• Utilize the CARE tool for patient assessments and progress evaluations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have experience in neuro rehabilitation, including spinal cord injury and brain injury.
• Experience in acute, IPR, and OP therapy settings is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
