Job Description

The Acute Care Float Pool RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care across various medical-surgical floors, including Ortho, Med-surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. The position requires flexibility to float to the West Lakes Campus as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a variety of settings.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with established policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid nursing license/registration.
• Completion of required competency testing.
• Current certifications as needed (e.g., BLS).
• Completion of health screenings, including drug screening and vaccinations.
