Registered Nurse - Night Shift

07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, Every Other Weekend / Every Other Holiday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift, ensuring adherence to all safety and care standards. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, and the implementation of care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Trinity Code of Conduct compliance.
• Completion of necessary immunizations and screenings, including MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD, and COVID-19 vaccination.
• Successful completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training.
